Welcome
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don't have to have everything figured out before beginning. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, listen inward, and meet yourself with curiosity and compassion.
You may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or relationship difficulties, or moving through a major life transition, such as becoming a parent, facing fertility challenges, or redefining who you are after loss or change. No matter what brings you here, you are welcome. My hope is that when you arrive, you feel less alone and more able to exhale.
Practice
Sessions are offered by secure video to clients physically located in California. Wherever you're starting from, a free consultation is a low-pressure way to ask questions and see if working together might be a good fit.

A path inward
"Like walking a labyrinth, therapy invites us inward, to follow the path as it unfolds. The path is rarely linear, but no step is wasted. Over time, the journey itself becomes a practice of listening, trusting, and returning to what is most true within you."
A brief, no-pressure conversation to see whether working together may be a good fit.
